Advise
An honest read on the system you have and the decision in front of you.
Some decisions are expensive to undo
Which platform, buy or build, whether the supplier who keeps slipping is really the problem. These get decided once and then shape what you can do for years. We do not resell software or take a commission on what we recommend.
Strategy and Roadmapping
Where your technology needs to get to, and the order to do it in - worked back from what the business needs.

How we work
What we hold ourselves to
Advice is easy to give and hard to be accountable for. These are the parts we are.
- Technology
- We look at what you already have before proposing anything new, and we say so when the answer is not a build.
- People
- Team structure, capability and who owns the system afterwards get the same attention as the technology. A recommendation without the right people is a bad recommendation.
- Strategy
- A target picture with short and long-term objectives, not a wish list. What we put in front of you has to be something your organisation can afford, staff and keep running as it grows.
- Delivery
- Advice only counts once something changes. Where you want help acting on it, we set up how the work will run: who decides what, how progress gets reported and who needs to be in the room. We can build it too. See Deliver.
