Prototypes and PoCs
A fixed-scope AI proof on one real workflow, using your data. Working software in weeks, and an honest read on whether it's worth taking further.
Find out in weeks, not after a programme
Most money lost on AI is spent finding out whether AI helps. It goes on strategy work, platform selection and pilots that never touch a real process, and at the end nobody can say whether the thing works.
We do that part small. One workflow you actually run, your own data, and software you can open and try. At the end you get a straight answer and the reasoning behind it, including when the answer is no.
This is the first step in our AI services, and where most AI work should start. What comes after a proof is Agentic AI Development and Production AI.
Three things that make a proof worth running
One real workflow
Not a platform programme, and not a survey of everything you might automate one day. Pick the job that is repetitive, rule-heavy and high volume, and we will tell you whether AI is the right tool for it before anyone commits. Language and conversation, vision and detection, prediction and optimisation: the proof runs the same way for each.
Your own data
A demo built on somebody else's data proves nothing about yours. Real data is where the awkward cases live: the exceptions, the inconsistencies, the records nobody has tidied since 2019.
An answer either way
We are as willing to tell you it is not worth it as to tell you it is. Knowing that in weeks, for a fixed price, is cheaper than finding it out after a year of programme spend.
Fixed scope is how we work, not a special offer
Our most recent integration went from kick-off to a live, load-proven service in under four weeks, at a fixed scope and a fixed price, backed by over 300 automated tests. That was a build rather than a proof, but the discipline is the same one: agree what is in, show working software early, and be straight about what it does and doesn't do.
Common questions
What do we get at the end?
Working software you can try on your own data, and a written recommendation with the reasoning behind it. If the answer is that it should not go further, you get that plainly, along with what we learned and what it would take to change the answer.
What do you need from us?
One workflow, access to data that looks like the real thing, and someone who knows how the process actually runs. That last one matters most - the gap between how a process is documented and how it is done is usually where the difficulty lives.
How is this different from a discovery phase?
A discovery phase produces a document. This produces software you can open. Both cost money; only one of them lets you judge the thing itself.
What does it cost?
Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before we start, so there is no open-ended bill. What that price is depends on the workflow, which is what the first call is for.
