Launch

A controlled release into live operation, with handover documentation and the team that built it still on hand. Our last integration went from kick-off to live in under four weeks.

Technology: We pick tools for your situation, not for our convenience. Proven, widely known technologies, so the platform can be picked up by another team if you ever need that.
People: Clear ownership on both sides, with a name against every piece of the work. You talk to the engineers writing the code, which is the whole point of a small team.
Process: Planning, backlog reviews, test results and progress are open to you at whatever level of detail you want. Some clients join every session, others read a summary; both are fine.
